James Rinkenberger
As Director of Productions, James considers only a couple things while managing projects. "Quality of Work and Challenging Inventiveness" His (35) years in photography, film and video production and duplication have afforded him the opportunity to support Large Corporations, Live event productions, Television, Entertainment and Multi-Media projects. His nation-wide coverage, attention to multi-event projects and award-winning background promotes extraordinary expertise, creativity and support for any type of project that needs a solution! His long career has brought many experiences from one on one interviews with Pres Reagan, shaping legal industry,( created the report that the Supreme court uses regarding how cameras are used in the courtroom), to hanging out with Ringo during the Beatles Anthology Project. James created many training and informational tapes for iNtel regarding the chip manufacturing and design of the chips we use today.  Video Media Productions (the oldest production company in Arizona) was founded in 1975 when a small company hired James to create training tapes for there organization. Today his projects has awarded him more Awards than he has space to put them.

Angie Affleck
As Production Coordinator and Multi-Media Manager, Angie brings organization, customer service and desire for success to Video Media Productions. She excels in making sure that the customer is past satisfied and into "appreciative" for the efforts and skills provided by the VMP team. Besides coordinating the details of the major projects for Video Media, she also manages the CD/DVD replications for the company. Due to her cross-training abilities and background, she is also able to assist or replace project managers and directors in TV productions and live events. Her incredible nice demeanor with clients has earned Angie the respect for many corporate accounts. She has been the Meeting Planner, the Production Coordinator, the Production Manager, Director for live TV shows, talent, Musical director. Her 6 years with VMP has been fruitful. 

Jim Rieder Suite Audio Sound Design
With well over 30 years as an audio engineer, musician and producer, Jim brings a wealth of audio knowledge to APC. Starting in th 60's with Joe Walsh in Ohio as a drummer and PA engineer then moving into record producing with his own label in 1982 and then as the Technical Director for the Phoenix Suns, Arizona Diamondbacks and Arizona Rattlers in the 90's. Finally in recent years as a Synthesist composer, audio post production engineer and producer, he brings all these years of experience to each of our clients. He started recording when 4-tracks was huge for a studio and became known for innovative recording solutions and pushing equipment beyond it's limits. Today, he finds himself in the digital world but with analog roots and a pair of ears that listens both to the quality in his work and YOU. (Plus, he's a great all around good guy to work with)

SuperPA
SuperPA is the first smile of everyone's day! Mss Super supports the front office and the overall office environment. She is the consummate customer oriented fixture in the front office welcoming the guests, clients and production crew into our company. Besides managing the office and attending to the administrative duties, her personality and on-camera talents are also represented as she "co-hosts" one of our local Television shows. Mss SuperPA is a long-term asset to our organization because of her integrity and willingness to learn!

Rob Satterfield
As manager of the Duplication Division and Videographer, Rob brings to the table numerous talents. His primary goal is to support, manage and operate the Duplication of all media for Dub City West. His productions skills are varied and unique. As a videographer, he supports both local and national Television shows as well as sporting events for the region. His shooting style is both creative and dynamic. Rob plans to learn all of the aspects of production and post-production because his greatest skill is his desire to learn and succeed.

Kevin Cresham
Kevin has multiple skills at Video Media Productions. He attends to the pre-production and production phases of all of the projects. He also manages the warehouse, equipment rentals and staging of all projects. His secondary and tertiary skills are in both production and post-production. Like Rob, Kevin also supports the local and national Television shows as well as the sporting events within the region. Kevin also edits some of the local Television shows for airing. Kevin understands and appreciates the need to be "complete" and "organized" for the details of the projects and supports that function extremely well at Video Media.

Jen Burke
Jen is considered a highly skilled, and is considered one of the most creative producers in the valley. Jen brings one uncompromising value to the project… her perfection. Jen's skills are in all phases of the production. Her expertise includes, but is not limited to: Research, Script Writing, Concept Creation, Producing, Directing, Shooting, Editing and On-Camera Talent. Her well-rounded and exploratory years in this business have allowed her to achieve great success in Corporate Development, Marketing, Live-event Conventions, Commercials and Television shows. She has also been graced with multiple awards for projects excelling in Communication.

Ed Gehring
Ed Gehring has in excess of (27) years in the production industry. He is a writer, producer, director and voice talent. Ed is very meticulous about his work and is constantly reviewing and analyzing the production as it evolves. His many years in this business have entitled him to succeed with Commercials, Industrial Projects and Infomercials as well as Entertainment and Television. Ed's background presents itself with numerous regional and national awards for both advertising and film. He also has (6) screenplays to his credit!

J.D. Bristor
J.D. is the Associate Producer at Video Media Productions. As the title implies, J.D. has talent in all aspects of the production. His attitude is always "on" and "ready"! J.D. can handle creating vision for Corporations, discovering needs for Marketing services as well as shoot and produce larger projects. J.D.'s presence is both trusted and responsible and his persistent efforts develop long-term relationships with clientele and prospective business partners. His positive and willing approach wins over the crew and the clients!

RIchard  Fowler
As Production Assistant of the Arizona Production Center, Richard brings to the table numerous talents. Richard is the DVD CD VHS contact for DubCity West, and helps with Scripts, and Production with Video Media projects.  Richard plans to learn all of the aspects of production and post-production because his greatest skill is his desire to learn and succeed. Richard is knowledgeable with Avid, Final Cut Pro, Media 100 edit platforms and enjoys creating moving art.
